To promote an enthusiastic interest in Pine View Orchestra (music and performing arts) through well-planned and funded concerts and events; to develop fundraising projects to improve the educational experience of Pine View Orchestra students and support the needs of the orchestra director.

Fund special purchases: Raise money to buy new musical instruments, sheet music, specialized equipment, or concert attire.
Cover program costs: Fund expenses not covered by the school district, such as contest fees, instrument repair, and restoration.
Provide scholarships: Establish funds to assist students with program-related costs, including field trip costs and instrument rental fees.
Organize events & Involve the community to meet fundraising goals: Host fundraising activities, build connections between the community and the school.
Support performances: Provide hands-on assistance for concerts and events, including selling tickets, ushering, and arranging hospitality.
Coordinate events: Organize field trips and special events, such as fundraisers, community performances, or music festivals, to enrich students' experiences.
Manage logistics: Assist with the practical details of running the program, such as chaperoning trips and transporting equipment.
Handle communications: Maintain communication with the orchestra families by managing email lists, websites, and new

Formalize structure: Create and maintain organizational documents like written bylaws to ensure a dedicated and organized team.
Ensure financial accountability: Create and follow a working budget to show financial responsibility to donors and the community.
Maintain strong leadership: Employ an executive board with defined roles and hold regularly scheduled meetings to stay on track.
Collaborate effectively: Work well with the orchestra director and student leadership to build a cohesive and unified vision for the program.
